Make the pycoordinatesystemconversion lib not hinder the single tool execution process

Description

When my student tried to build the tools to execute them one by one there was an error thrown by the pycoordinatesystemconverison subtool of the aircraftgeometry2 library. Please make sure that the error does not result from this tool.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Cleaninstall UNICADO and try the single tool execution

Expected Behavior

I want to be able to install and do single tool execution
