Aerodynamic analysis: enable higher AoA in cruise

As discussed in the meeting, the polar in cruise is currently finishing at CLmax around 0.55 at around 4°. In general, a greater range would be better for the contraint_analysis. Lets discuss if this is feasible or not! Not a priority, but I would still keep this issue as a discussion point in near future
