Wing loading inconsistency

Description

If in wing_design for the area calculation mode_0 (user defined) is used, the specified value from the wing_design_conf is used as area for the wing. The sizing point in the acxml, however, seems to be written with the W/S value from initial sizing, leading to an inconsistency in the acxml.
