propulsion_design: check pylon placement for BWB

Description

It seams that the pylons are not correctly placed for the BWB and try to be a canard.

It looks like that the sections are somewhat misdefined

Steps to Reproduce

1. checkout feature/BWB_MR_300_TF in aircraft-references
2. check mesh.stl and acXML
3. run current (main) propulsion_design on it (I think - please confirm @JensViloehr )

Environment

need to be checked with Jens - he created that BWB
