Build CI Pipeline for performance test

Summary

Performance tests already have been implemented in legacy UNICADO and need to be updated to the new aircraft design structure. The pipeline needs to be updated as well.

Subtasks

• Check necessary changes in pipeline
• Adapt pipeline to new repository structure
• Test pipline
• Generate release candidates
• Implement pipeline with windows docker images

Acceptance Criteria

• Pipeline runs
• An updated UNICADOinstaller is generated
