Decoding error in airports.csv

Summary

They are a lot of decoding errors inside the airports.csv of create_mission_xml. They do not effect the functionality of the code, but nevertheless they should be corrected if there is time for it.

Subtasks

• Check csv for decoding errors and correct them according to the airport's name (Look for Airports where � or ? appear and put in the right letter. E.g.: C instead of Ç, E instead of É and so on)

Acceptance Criteria

• No ? or other errors within the csv anymore
