fully include seat positions in cabin

Bug Report

Description

When changing the aircraft type from short-range UNICADO-180 to a long-range or bwb configuration, the seatPosition.xlsx file is not automatically adapted. This results in wrong CoG calculations

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use UNICADO-300 as a long-range configuraiton
2. The converged aircraft ended with a wing position of about 17m, because the CoG of maximum_payload is located there

Expected Behavior

The seat_position should be written by fuselage_design to an XML output file (linked in the aircraft_exchange_file), so that weight_and_balance analysis can read in this file and use the actual seat positions
