Implement new method using calibration based on higher fidelity data

Summary

In order to allow the user to use their data, propulsion design needs to implement a new method. Based on the suggestion in the workshop, the user should be able to define their "higher fidelity" engine in e.g. CPACS, this needs to be converted in aircraftXML and based on a calibration the methods within propulsion_design should allow calculating the additional data.

Why?

This is a usual use case in industry and should therefore be considered
