Discuss if limit equations should be provided as libraries

Summary

Tools like initial sizing, mission analysis (or soon point performance analysis) and performance assessment seam to need similar functions like take off field length. The equations in constraints could be used as a library.

!!! note The equations are also "method" dependent and base on Mattingly.

Why?

The coding/maintenance effort could be reduced by steamlining it to one library.
