Discuss what CLmax is written in the acXML by aerodynamic_analysis

Summary

Constraint_analysis is currently reading the CLmax,TO and CLmax,Land from the acXML which are written by aerodynamic_analysis. It should be clarified if the output of aero matches how constraints used it. It should also be discussed if the CLmax has to be assumed like this: image Or if the end of the linear region would be correct
