Update config xml

Summary

In the config xml, the parameter naming can be improved (design_point_margin instead of safety_factor) and some descriptions are missing or can be improved (difference between buffer and safety factor not clear).

Additionally, some limits are currently not implemented and should either be deleted from the config or give a warning that it will be implemented soon.

Subtasks

• Check parameter naming and change it
• Include descriptions for all nodes (! include switch or selector for true/false or modes, see control settings !)

Acceptance Criteria

• Independent reviewer should give ok if this is meaningful
• All nodes should have a description
