Get vector of aircraft masses from weight_and_balance_analysis

Summary

It is currently under discussion if the position of weight_and_balance_analysis and mission_analysis should be changed (see rce-workflow#19). If w&b comes before (but this might be interesting anyways because of the iterations), some information can be shared. E.g. mission needs a "aircraft mass" vector.
