Simplify standard mission method by eliminating mission below FL15

Summary

Aircraft performance models often neglect flight phases below FL15 (1,500 ft) to simplify fuel burn and mission analysis. A research wrt. definition and necessary adaptions would improve consistency.

Why?

It is assumed that this would make the implementation simpler.

Acceptance Criteria

• Research what regulations say about this
• Test the impact of this new methodology/approach in the current implementation
• Identify exceptions (e.g., short-haul flights, emissions studies).
