Reduce multiple precision settings to one (time increment)

Summary

The current mission_analysis standard method includes multiple possibilities of precision (from config):

To reduce the complexity, this could to reduced to a time_increment (e.g. 10s)

Why?

It adds the value of reducing the complexity of the possible user settings and amount of code in this tool

Acceptance Criteria

  • Eliminate the multiple options in the code
  • Introduce one increment
  • Test for at least 3 settings (e.g. 5s, 10s, 100s)
  • Update documentation
