Reduce multiple precision settings to one (time increment)

Summary
The current mission_analysis standard method includes multiple possibilities of precision (from config):

To reduce the complexity, this could to reduced to a time_increment (e.g. 10s)
Why?
It adds the value of reducing the complexity of the possible user settings and amount of code in this tool
Acceptance Criteria

Eliminate the multiple options in the code -
Introduce one increment -
Test for at least 3 settings (e.g. 5s, 10s, 100s) -
Update documentation
