propulsion_design & landing_gear_design: Discuss how to handle interference if pushed to much outboards

Summary

As discussed in the UNICADO workshop https://git.rwth-aachen.de/unicado/unicado-package/-/issues/46, currently the LG increases its length to achieve nacelle clearence. This also leads to a shift of the LG outboards to facilitate that it is retractable.

As the position of the engine/nacelle is not automatically adapted, it should be discussed how it is ensured that LG and engine will not interfer.
