fuselage_design: implement a low fidelity method

Summary

As discussed in the UNICADO workshop https://git.rwth-aachen.de/unicado/unicado-package/-/issues/46, a new method with simplified estimations shall be implemented acc to the minimum parameter the other tools need. Following ideas could be used as a starting point:

• simple mass estimation for fuselage structure and operator items
• simple outer geometry for tube and wing based on class distribution, standard pitch and width (hard-coded or in config?), and additional length for cockpit and tail
• no galleys, emergency exits, ?
