US45.2: Extended list command (Client)

As a user I want to be able to check the size and decryptability of a file from a file list without using a separate head command.

Acceptance criteria

The client has a command that allows requesting a list that includes filename, file size and the decryptability of a file. The CLI uses the header bytes provided by the server to check if a file is encrypted and can be decrypted.
