Implement Game results

The "Statistics" view in the Communications window should be renamed to "Results".

Furthermore, it should show more details on the results per sector:

• rain index
• sector size (ground, roof)
• sector importance
• protection that was added: which measure how often?

These details should open up as a dropdown from a sector list
