Simple UI to generate final URL

I'd like to a have a very, very, VERY simple UI that generates the final URL, which can be used for uMap!

The URL consists of following elements:

• baseurl -> http://127.0.0.1:8765/geojson
• argument1 -> endpoint=... [this is optional]
• argument2 -> query=... [this is needed]
