raw_input was replaced by input in Python 3, thus the name change of the
module to avoid name clash.

We could add functions that uniformly sample the bloch sphere, randomly
generate unitaries, etc.

Generator requires three arguments. Iterator[str] is equivalent to
Generator[str, None, None].
