Investigate creation relative paths from absolute filepaths with starting point in the linked hdf5-file

In the creationprocess of the linking hdf5-files, correct relative paths are necessary

Investigate / implement a function that will take the starting point (linking file) and the target file as absolute paths and constructs correct relative paths from this.
