Research Software Directory pipeline

The RSD holds a lot of well-edited metadata about software, and possibly will be a platform also used within the NFDI context, so it's worth checking out their API now already.

• run KH locally > https://git.rwth-aachen.de/nfdi4earth/softwaretoolsarchitecture/knowledge-hub-backend-setup
• decide which RSD query to use for starters
• implement test for RSD harvesting, saving to file
• implement pipeline
• run pipeline to harvest into local KH
• ask Jonas to check and run the pipeline
