Add a standalone HTML website with JavaScript that displays a list of signatories

Base on consortiummap code: https://git.rwth-aachen.de/nfdi4earth/onestop4all/consortiummap/ (also use jQuery but no other libraries for starters)

The result should look similar to the "Signatories" section of https://nfdi4earth.de/commitment

A file index.html and related files should be in a subdirectory website of this repository.

Start with a no-CSS version, then we iterate on the design.

This standalone client will be a starting point for displaying search results on a map in the OS4A.
