Add identifier check to the notebook for organisations

The notebook must print a fatal warning when an organisation does have neither ROR nor Wikidata ID - in this case, there should be a hint to double check ROR (generate a search URL using the organisation name: https://ror.org/search?query=Best+Uni+Ever) and otherwise create a Wikidata page for the organisation.
