RuntimeEnvironment vs. OperatingSystem

• In my opinion a Runtime Environment class is very specific and out of the scope for the first version of the KG. Furthermore, mwo:RuntimeEnvironment is not a subclass of Software.
• More important is to have an Operating System class, which we have in collected data.
• Related to issue #35 (closed)

I propose:

• remove mwo:RuntimeEnvironment
• import swo:operating system
• connect through object property
