OP connecting Material class and new material description classes

The following object properties should be included in the ontology. Definitions can be proposed in this issue.

mwo:hasMaterialProperty	mwo:Material	mwo:MaterialProperty	A relation between a material and the material property investigated in a certain study, e.g. a dataset or workflow.
mwo:hasMaterialCondition	mwo:Material	mwo:MaterialCondition	A relation between a material and a specific condition describing the current state of the material.
mwo:containsElement	mwo:Material	mwo:ChemicalElement	A relation between a material and the chemical element that constitutes it.
