Issue created Oct 28, 2018 by Benjamin Stutte@b

Minor faults in the section "Deployment of Server application" of README.md

First of all, the section begins by referencing two files deployment.bat and deployment.sh which should be located in docs/scripts, that however do not exist in the given directory. While this issue can be easily resolved since the section obviously references deploy.bat and deploy.sh located in the same folder, the text goes on by instructing Linux and macOS-Users to change the variable SFS_DIR that does not exist in deploy.sh. This was introduced by commit 150dded7.
