Migrates away from EmbeddedMontiArc(Math) and to a higher version of MontiMath

Migrates from EmbeddedMontiArcMath (MontiMath Version 0.0.11-SNAPSHOT) to MontiMath Version 0.0.13 thereby removing the dependency to EmbeddedMontiArc and EmbeddedMontiArcMath. Addresses issue #1 .
