Pipeline fix and new CNNTrain Integration

ATTENTION: Requires the merge request monticore/EmbeddedMontiArc/languages/CNNTrainLang!22 (merged)

  • Increment the version to 0.2.9-SNAPSHOT
  • Fix the pipeline and remove the license header from test files
  • Integrate the new version of CNNTrain
  • Add a check that ensure the reward function parameter dimensions are correct
  • Add unit tes for reward function check
