-removed xml related stuff (in future, this will be part of the RAVEN installation)

-added license file

-moved all xml export related files to xml folder
-helper functions were moved to a private subfolder

-removed since it was unused and same as the Matlab filesep function

-moved function to private folder since it was only used by itaRavenProject

-internal class renaming
-added wrapper function to remain old functionality
-renamed class usages in itaRavenProject

-step 1: file renaming

-seem to be unused files originating from Kunkemöller's Diplomarbeit

- removed logo for now
- all protocol files will now be moved to a subfolder
- changed internal path handling
