Correct MFD and OFH rooms

VoWo rooms of multi family dwelling are not in compliance with new partial room approach. I will correct this, like for the OFD rooms.

  • AixLib.ThermalZones.HighOrder.Rooms.MFD.CellarAttic is not used --> Move to Obsolete package
  • Raise version number of AixLib
  • Solve issue of replaceable window and, thus, optional connectors (Done in 32ff81ed)
  • Correct AixLib.ThermalZones.HighOrder.Rooms.MFD.OneAppartment
  • Correct AixLib.ThermalZones.HighOrder.Rooms.OFD
  • Correct AixLib.ThermalZones.HighOrder.Examples
