DDE and external libraries (e.g. NcDataReader)

What is the problem?

DDE does not work easily with external libraries. In particular, when executing / using the NcDataReader.

How do we want to solve it? Describe the solution you'd like

• Enhance documentation of AixLib.Utilities.Sources.NcDataReader

• Add two scripts (win32 and win64) to the example, where binary folder is added to Windwos PATH variable.
