Move old pump and valve models to Obsolete package

What is the problem?

As decided we will move the following models to the Obsolete package, since the equations are not streamlined with the modeling approach of IBPSA's Fluid package.

  • AixLib.Fluid.Movers.Pump
  • Valves:
    • AixLib.Fluid.Actuators.Valves.MixingValve
    • AixLib.Fluid.Actuators.Valves.SimpleValve
    • AixLib.Fluid.Actuators.Valves.ThermostaticValve

How do we want to solve it? Describe the solution you'd like

  • Move to Obsolete package
  • Extend base class model to receive red dashed frame
  • Add annotation to receive warning when using the model
  • Add conversion script
  • Raise version number of AixLib package.mo
