If plicRDF is not second-order accurate, we don't have any chance of advecting the contact line properly, and if advecting it with prescribed velocity doesn't work, we have to work on plicRDF near walls first, before we do physics. Then we may have to go to DGNR or something similar, or extend plicRDF.
