# Calibration file
The calibration of each RCF batch is done according to the supplementary publication.
Each colour component is fitted with the relation:

For each colour component a dictionary containing the data and the covariance matrix are written down and saved in the corresponding pickle file.
Each pickle file contains a set of dictionaries:
- R_dic
- fit_dosis_params: np-array (3,): a,b,c
- fit_dosis_cov: np-array (3,3): covariance matrix for a,b,c
- data: Dataframe (n,4): Dose/Gy, sigma_Dose/Gy, R, sigma_R
- G_dic
- fit_dosis_params: np-array (3,): a,b,c
- fit_dosis_cov: np-array (3,3): covariance matrix for a,b,c
- data: Dataframe (n,4): Dose/Gy, sigma_Dose/Gy, G, sigma_G
- B_dic
- fit_dosis_params: np-array (3,): a,b,c
- fit_dosis_cov: np-array (3,3): covariance matrix for a,b,c
- data: Dataframe (n,4): Dose/Gy, sigma_Dose/Gy, B, sigma_B
