Output measurement chain calibration

The calibration of the outputMeasurementChain randomly yields wrong sensitivities when done separately from the calibration of the inputMeasurementChain. Seems hard to reproduce.

Seemingly caused by errors in the deconvolution.

Needs further inspection.
