ita_read and ita_write do not support .caf files

CAF files (core audio format) are not yet supported. Could be a nice format for the Toolbox, as it has no file size limit, allows to store also floating point data and is able to store arbitrary metadata. Matlab's audioread/audiowrite can handle it (although undocumented), so should be straight-forward to implement. Greets from the south. :)
