Adding feature for itaVA experimental GUI: volume control and signal source play-state control. Also fixing some bugs with internal variable storage.

Improving setup procedure, now catching failed call to VAMatlab due to missing DLLs and notifying user in version line edit of GUI

Little typo fixes. Also adding itaVA_experimental_gui, a GUI to quickly test filters using the experimental VA configuration.

- bugfix for plotModel/ plotSphereEnergy method

Making the switch between direct out and a BRIR convolution involved more obvious for itaVA with RAVEN experimental script.

Adding NatNetML version display for itaVA setup (to check against the itaOptitrack dll). Please avoid using different versions, i.e. 2.10 for VA v2017.a)

Updating examples for itaVA usage, although new version v2017a is available, the interface has not changed, hence the old itaVA is still valid.

Adding validation of metadata in daffv17 writer. This was causing problems when converting from daffv15. Problem could be solved if the metadata of each record data set is also converted into new format (and not only global metadata). But seldom used, so far.

- itaRavenProject: fixed bug: projectTag is now intialized preventing RavenOutput folder from being deleted
- itaRavenProject: finished implementation of plot routines for materials (plotMaterialsAbsorption & plotMaterialsScattering)
