Fixing bug in multi-channel normalization for time domain and improving spektrum gain setting to individual channels

functions, added input parser to ita_sph_base
- Phase convention of the real valued SH basis now matches the AMBIX
convention (used in RAVEN)
- Deprecated SH basis functions removed

no longer using definition on the surface for compatibility with
durectivity measurement.

ita_sph_sampling_dodecahedron now has a radius of 1m. For the dodecahedron loudspeaker sampling use ita_sph_sampling_dodecahedron_physical
