As the VACore is defined after VANet, the target check never succeed.
The option however, will work.

Fixing some issues with simple example net client test, but not all solved yet ... runs into an exception that is successfully transmitted to client.

Disabling by default net stream support as it does not correctly solves DLL dependency on deploy. activate manually if required.

Fixing bug in receiver pose getter, was acting as a setter because the network transmission was calling the wrong VA method (thanks Ernesto Accolti from INAUT, Argentina)
