Adding temptative loading of urban trajectory files, falling back for other folder in case first isn't found

updated VA_example_ppa to read in json files and extract data from them to be pushed to the outdoor noise renderer

changed the data struct which is sent to a new format which is compatible with the VA receiving end. Also added a check for if the source is in the shadow zone, in which case the direct path is deleted in VA.

Adding outdoor acoustics example / test that transmitts propagation path information via parameter setter of the outdoor noise renderer
