Pigeon python wrapper: Option to run mutliple geometries from one "project"

Each PigeonProject can only simulate a single geometry. In the case of a blender file, even only once since the sources and receivers will be appended to the list each simulation run. This should be fixed.

In addition, it would also be great to change the working directory without accessing a private member.
