Adding NetAudio test (file playback over server/client system using ITADataSource)

Improving implementation of stream probe and fixing bug on first sample frame. also little peak detector style changes.

Fixing shared build on static demand problem by temporary switching off BUILD_SHARED_LIBS in CMake configuration.

Switching to default dynamic lib build mode by changing base definition behavior. If you do not define anything, you will end up with a shared library, now.

Fixing but when trying to initialize ASIO sound card that is unattached (returns zero in/out channels, which is considered an invalid parameter state now)
