Fixing shared build on static demand problem by temporary switching off BUILD_SHARED_LIBS in CMake configuration.

Switching to default dynamic lib build mode by changing base definition behavior. If you do not define anything, you will end up with a shared library, now.

Moving room compensation code to branch feature/room_compensation (Erik's code). This master branch is now back to initial state.

adding a new feature to set a desired delay for each channel individually (affecting the two convolvers per N-CTC channel), i.e. to account for delay differences within loudspeakers. Still, the setter for a single delay is available and overwrites all individual values, if used.
