Code line numbering clashes with text line numbering of preprints

I've just noticed that in preprints (which use line numbering), the line numbering of code blocks clashes with the line numbering of text:

linenumbering

We should move the entire code block to the right so that the line numbers don't clash.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
