If-switch between preprint and final version

The final version should contain:

original inggrid logo (without "preprints")
no line numbering
more information in the left pane (defined in final.def, specified in metadata/article)

implementation with an if-condition would be ideal (we just have one branch for both versions, the preprint and the final)
