Licence Icons not correct

Problem

In the latest submission of Diercks et al. there are icons for CC-BY-NC-SA. The licence thy use and the only one which is allowed is cc-by.

Proposal

Change the icons in the template so that only CC-BY is there.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
