Implementation of the Library to a fully functional state. The following aspects should be fully functional at this point.

• Memento should be fully supported for the case of a single entity (no external Timegate).
• Activities should be represented in a sensible way
• Substructures (Containers) should be creatable
• support arbitraty resource paths
• support binary resources
• support subscription to a configurable list of resources.
• support etags to avoid race conditions
