Time series for weather / climate data

Created by: JoachimBenner

Weater or climate data are important input data for energy simulations. In version 0.6.0 we can specify time series of global solar irradiance and daylight illumanance for Boundary Surfaces. But there are many more relevant meteorological parameters like temperature, wind speed, relative humidity, .... Most of them must be connected to the building as a whole, as this is not possible in the actual version of the Energy ADE.

Thus, I propose to add the property climateData: _TimeSeries[0..*] as ADE attribute of _AbstractBuilding
