Typing min/max point percentages can result in a value ~10% less
When typing in a percentage for minimal or maximal points, the value is sometimes inexplicably changed to a value ~10% less.
The reason for this is the following:
- The user wants to enter "40%"
- The user writes a "4"
- The program calculates the point value nearest to 4% of the maximal points, translates that back to a percentage and overwrites the "4" by that percentage. The new value in the input field might be "3.5%" with the cursor behind the 3.
- The user writes a "0". The input field now says "30.5%" (before it might be changed to a near value again).
The solution is probably to wait until the input field has left focus/the user pressed enter or to not overwrite what the user writes in the percentage input field.
